Honoured to Join the Editorial Board of the Journal of Bariatric Surgery (JBS)

I am immensely proud and privileged to have been invited to join the Editorial Board of the Journal of Bariatric Surgery (JBS) as an Associate Editor. JBS is the official publication of the Obesity Surgery Society of India (OSSI) and plays a crucial role in advancing the science and clinical practice of bariatric and metabolic surgery.

This invitation, extended on behalf of Dr. Randeep Wadhawan (President, OSSI) and the editorial leadership team including Chief Editor Dr. Pradeep Chowbey, Editor Dr. Ramen Goel, and Co-Editor Prof. Pawanindra Lal, is a reflection of the growing collaboration between international surgical communities, including our ties with BOMSS (British Obesity and Metabolic Surgery Society).

As an Associate Editor, I look forward to contributing to the development and dissemination of high-quality, evidence-based research, helping to build a stronger foundation of knowledge and ultimately enhance the care we provide to our patients.
